I am so excited to launch my new guided programme, Calm Reset.
After many years working as both a personal trainer and hypnotherapist, one thing has become very clear:
for many people, exercise and diet plans alone are not enough.
Emotional eating, cravings, self-sabotage, stress and long-standing habits often sit beneath the surface and can quietly undo the best intentions.
That’s why I’ve created Calm Reset — a guided audio programme designed to support weight loss and behaviour change by working with both the mind and the body.
This programme is especially suited to people who may not be ready for or able to access 1:1 therapy, but still want meaningful, evidence informed support.
This programme brings together:

- practical guidance for making sustainable food choices
